Metro rail sets new record with 403,164 passengers in a day

Dhaka Metro Rail has set a new record by transporting 403,164 passengers in one day, according to Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).

In a post on their official Facebook page on Friday, February 14, DMTCL announced that the milestone was achieved on Thursday, February 13, marking the highest number of passengers ever carried in a single day since the metro rail service was launched in Dhaka.

DMTCL thanked the passengers, well-wishers, and stakeholders for their continued support in helping reach this achievement.
