13 detained in Sylhet ‘Devil Hunt’ operation, including MP’s nephew

Thirteen individuals, including leaders and activists from the Awami League and its affiliated organizations, were detained in Sylhet city during the ongoing ‘Devil Hunt’ operation. According to Mohammad Saiful Islam, ADC (Media) of Sylhet Metropolitan Police, Lipon Kasud Mia Chowdhury, the nephew of former Sylhet-3 MP Habibur Rahman Habib, was among those arrested on Friday night. Legal proceedings will be initiated against the detainees at their respective police stations.
